We have resolved an issue affecting the client list report and the unfiled returns report in myIR.
Previously, in some cases, the ‘Return expected?’ column on the client list report was saying ‘No’ when an expected return had not yet been filed, instead of ‘Yes’. On the unfiled returns report, some returns that had been filed were being included on the report as unfiled.
This issue has now been fixed and the client list report is displaying the information correctly. The unfiled returns report will update this weekend and will correctly display client information from Monday as usual.
