The most effective way to contact us continues to be online in myIR. We aim to respond to these messages quickly.
However, we understand that some queries cannot be managed online or within the current tax agent phone line hours. As such, from Monday 9 November 2020, the tax agent phone line will be available from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Tax agents with queries that can be self-managed in myIR will be required to do so to make sure we can help as many tax agents as possible. After 30 minutes our staff will finish the actions required for the customer account and advise they need to end the call.
