We’re aware of an issue where some customers using tax pooling have been issued a letter advising that a required payment has not been made by the due date and that we have allowed a grace period for them to make the payment before late payment penalties are imposed.

Because these customers are using tax pooling, the payment is not outstanding, the letter should not have been issued and they should not have been given the grace period.

We’re currently working to fix this issue and to correct the impacted customer’s accounts, including reversing the application of the grace period.

We will provide an update once this issue is resolved.
