An issue has been identified where incorrect data has been sent by us to the TDS digital service providers from the 10-22 March 2023. We applied fixes to our system on 20 March and 22 March 2023.
The dashboards used by tax agents may not show the correct tax position for some clients because of the above. Some dashboards may show duplicate transactions while others may not show all of the associated transfer details. The correct information shows in myIR.
We are working closely with impacted digital service providers to resolve this issue.
