The Ministry of Social Development (MSD), Inland Revenue, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Treasury are all keen to understand how Working for Families can be improved and how it can better support people.
We want to find out whether low-income families have enough money to live on. We also want to find out whether Working for Families has helped to reduce child poverty and has supported low-income families to take up work.
The consultation is open from 20 April to 31 May. Anyone can complete the survey or send a written submission. We want your views and feedback on key areas of interest. This is an important part of the review - please tell us what you think.
You can find more information about the consultation and links to the survey and email submission on the Ministry of Social Development website.
