INFOexpress
INFOexpress is our automated telephone service providing information on, balances of your tax accounts, information on your tax refund, updates on your student loan repayments, request forms, guides and tax packs.
Call centres
Inland Revenue's call centres are a critical part of our service to our customers, providing them with professional, timely and accurate service.
Appointments and correspondence
If you need to see someone in person, the best approach is to call us to make an appointment at your nearest Inland Revenue office for a time that suits you. We also have a range of specialists who can be contacted for free advice, for example business tax information officers and Maori community officers are available to meet with individuals or groups.
