Form to use if you are entitled to receive child support or domestic maintenance payments but you do not want us to collect payments from the paying parent.

When to use this form
Use this form if you are entitled to receive child support or domestic maintenance and you want us to stop collecting payments and/or penalties from the paying parent for a specified period of time.
This form can only be completed by the person receiving the child support payments and it is not used for cancelling child support/domestic maintenance. Instead use Cancelling your child support (IR107).
What you will need
You will need to decide the periods that you do not want us to collect money from the paying parent.
You can also decide to not collect any penalties that the paying parent may owe to us.
