When to use this form
Please remember to tell us if:
- you change your address or contact details you're going overseas
- you start to share the care of a child
- you start working for a new employer and your child support is being deducted from your wages
- you start or stop receiving a benefit
- your income changes and you've estimated your income for child support
- your living situation changes (for example, if you start living with a partner or a child stops living with you)
- you start living with the person who is looking after the child that you pay child support for
- any of the children that you pay child support for start living with you or start working or receiving a benefit or student allowance
- you are going to have trouble making a payment on time.
- any other changes which may affect your child support assessment
