Child Support administers spousal maintenance for New Zealand citizens or residents. It is paid by one person to another person when they divorce or separate.

When to use this guide
If we receive the order directly from the court, we will automatically register your spousal maintenance order.
If the court does not send us a copy, you need to register the order by completing our Registration of voluntary agreement or court order for child support (IR102) form.
