Use this form to estimate your current taxable income for child support assessment for the 2013 year (1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013). You can also complete this online.

When to use this form

Use this form if your income has dropped by 15% or more for this financial year.

Note

You cannot estimate your income if your assessment is based on:

• a court order
• a voluntary agreement
• some administrative reviews, or

you are assessed to pay domestic maintenance.
