Family Assistance Payments to be made early
17 October 2005
Due to the Labour Day holiday on Monday 24 October, Inland Revenue has made arrangements for the family assistance weekly and fortnightly payment due on Tuesday 25 October to be paid and available this Saturday 22 October.
"This means that customers with eftpos cards or access to telebanking will be able to access the payment on Saturday, 22 October. All other customers will be able to access the payment on Tuesday, 25 October," says Colin MacDonald, Deputy Commissioner Business Development and Systems.
The next weekly payment will be made on Tuesday, 1 November 2005.
