Corporate strategies
During 2007-08 we refreshed our corporate strategy set, which maps out how we want to move to achieve our strategic direction over the coming five years. The refresh highlighted four key focus areas:
- greater emphasis on targeting resources to improve customer compliance
- a better understanding of what drives demand, and stronger linkages across the organisation, to make it easier for customers to self-manage
- better measurement and reporting on customer compliance behaviour, based on improved information
- simple, easily changed, measurable business processes.
Collectively, the strategy set informs the operational decisions we make and guides how we will deliver services to achieve the aspirations set out in Our Way Forward. Our strategy set is integrated into our strategic planning as shown in the figure below.
