Discover the various ways you can make an appointment to speak with a member of Inland Revenue's staff face-to-face. For some of our services you can even book your appointment online. Although we only have permanent offices in larger centres, we regularly visit other places across New Zealand.
Community relationships representatives
Community relationships representatives provide free advice and information on any working for families tax credits or student loan issues.
Maori Community Officers
Specialist Maori Community Officers work out of most Inland Revenue offices. They offer a free advisory service to help meet the needs of Maori individuals, organisations and businesses.
Appointments for general enquiries
Sometimes you may need to see us in person. Although we have permanent offices only in the larger centres, we regularly visit other important places so our customers don't have to travel long distances.
Business Tax Information Officers
Inland Revenue's specialist Business Tax Information Officers offer free tax education and advice to new businesses and smaller organisations.
