Complaints on someone else's behalf

If you're making a complaint on behalf of someone else, and you are a nominated person or agent for the person, we will contact you first. Otherwise, we may need to contact the person making the complaint if you are not authorised to discuss their tax affairs. • wait for confirmation that it has submitted – this will show up on your screen
• we will contact you with your complaint case number within one business day of your complaint being received.
