This online form allows customers to send in general, non-specific, tax and child support enquiries.

This online form allows non-resident customers to send in general, non-specific enquiries.

Send and receive mail online (requires User ID and password)
This service allows all customers to send and receive secure mail to and from us. You can use this service to contact us about your tax affairs and child support, instead of phoning or writing.

Secure mail cannot be used to dispute an assessment or determination made by us. To do this you need to follow the formal disputes process.

General enquiry form - KiwiSaver enquiries
If you have a general enquiry about KiwiSaver you can email our KiwiSaver team. Please don't include your IRD number, or ask us for tax or financial advice in your message. We'll reply by email within five working days. If you want to keep a copy of your request for your own records, print the confirmation page.
