When to use this guide
Using this guide will help you fulfil your responsibilities as an employer.
If you have anyone working for you, it is your responsibility to:
- distribute the KiwiSaver employee information pack (KS3) to new employees who qualify for automatic enrolment, and to existing employees who ask for one
- deduct KiwiSaver contributions and forward them to us along with your PAYE payments.
We explain what you are required to do, and what happens if you do not comply.
