To use E-File you need:
- a computer compatible with Microsoft Windows
- a printer
- an Inland Revenue-approved software package, and
- an Internet service provider connection.
If you're a tax agent and want to use E-File you need to register with the E-File Support Team so we can send you the information you need. You can order enrolment forms through our tax agents' self-service line on 0800 257 773, or you can download the E-File registration (IR798) form.

E-File is a registered trademark with its own logo.
Once you have registered for E-File we'll offer you the opportunity to accept an E-File logo contract. This means you can advertise your participation in E-File.
