Agent account managers
How your agent account manager can help you
Every tax agent has an Inland Revenue account manager. Your agent account manager can provide support and assistance, along with services such as monitoring extension of time agreements.
Agent account managers (AAMs) can:
- manage extension of time (EOT) monitoring
- arrange seminars to promote new products or services to large groups of tax agents
- promote and test new e-commerce products and services, and provide support, and
-
help:
- resolve any problems agents have with Inland Revenue, including processing, operational and technical issues
- agents develop their clients' tax knowledge, particularly on new legislation and processes, with presentations and assistance with national road shows when necessary
- with compliance policing for clients with large tax debts or numbers of outstanding returns
- agents to use new technology, including existing services and products such as our tax agents' 0800 self-service line, E-File, ir-File, StationeryXpress and the tax agents' line.
