This report summarises findings of difference-in-differences and survival analyses of the changes Working for Families has made to the labour market behaviour of sole parents.

Employment incentives for sole parents: Labour market effects of changes to financial incentives and support

Increased financial support for working has been shown both nationally and internationally to help encourage sole parents into full or part-time work. This report details how New Zealand has supported this positive outcome.
