Talk to us through Language Line
Language Line is a free phone-based interpreter service that lets you to talk to us in a language you feel comfortable using. There are 42 languages available. Find out what they are at www.languageline.govt.nz
You can ask for Language Line whenever you call us, come to one of our offices, receive a call from us or if we audit you. You will talk to a fully qualified interpreter over the phone, letting us communicate efficiently and confidentially with you in your preferred language. You can also choose the gender of your interpreter.
Language Line is government funded and run by the Office of Ethnic Affairs.
