All hours of service are in New Zealand local time: GMT + 12 hours (mid-April to mid-September ), GMT + 13 hours (late September to early April).

Secure mail online (requires User ID and password)
This service allows all customers to send and receive secure mail to and from us. You can use this service to contact us about your tax affairs and child support, instead of phoning or writing.

Secure mail cannot be used to dispute an assessment or determination made by us. To do this you need to follow the formal disputes process.

View and update details

Use this online service to view your family and income details.  You can also update:

  • your details, working hours and income
  • your partner's details, working hours and income
  • your children's details
  • the bank account number for your Working for Families Tax Credits, and
  • the frequency of the payments you receive.

These changes are updated immediately, unless we need to clarify something with you.

Note

You need to register for a user ID and password before you can view or update your details.  Only the principal childcarer can access this service – not both partners.
