Student loan statements

Find out how to read your student loan statement.

You'll receive statements in April and October to keep you up-to-date with the status of your loan.

Most of the time, if you're keeping up with your repayment obligations you won't need to do anything. However, if there's an entry under "Total overdue" you'll need to make a payment for the amount shown immediately.

To further help you understand your statement, check out our interactive example to help guide you through what certain things shown on your statement mean.

If you disagree or have a problem with your statement, give us a call - see "Contact us" and we'll work with you to resolve this as soon as possible.

Please note: Changes were made to the student loan statement on the 24th March 2010. Find out more if your statement is dated prior to this.
