About this service
This service allows employers to change how often they file fringe benefit tax returns or to elect to not file fringe benefit tax returns. You cannot request to file your fringe benefit tax returns quarterly using this service - please phone us on 0800 377 772. This form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
When to use this service
Use this form if you are an employer and wish to change your filing frequency or if you are no longer liable to file fringe benefit tax returns.

After you finish
If you wish to keep a copy of the information you have submitted, please print or save the submit page.
Your request will take five working days to process and you will receive a letter confirming your choice.
