Over the weekend we completed a system update.
There are now changes in myIR that you should be aware of.
Unsubscribe Option
To stop all optional email notifications, select the new ‘Unsubscribe for ALL emails’ option in the ‘Manage my email subscription preferences’ menu. Some emails you cannot unsubscribe from. You will still receive emails for reminders such as payment due.
Administrators/Owners
Administrators and Owners can now view lockout details. This includes both the reasons and unlock options, and see the last login time for secondary logons in myIR.
Web requests and images
Web requests now appear in the ‘Pending’ tab while we process them overnight.
Images in myIR now have alternative text to help customers with low vision who use screen readers.
