Planned systems outage 12 September 2026

We're updating our systems from 1pm Saturday 12 September 2026. We expect them to be available again by 10.30pm Saturday 12 September 2026.

During this time, our online services including myIR, self-service phonelines and gateway services will be unavailable.

You can still use our website and you’ll be able to make payments through your normal bank channels during the update.

Drafts in myIR

Saved tax account registration web requests will be deleted during the outage. You can complete these before 12 September or re-add from 13 September.

All other saved drafts and web requests will not be affected.
