Log in to myIR to see your child support entitlement, the payments you've received, and what's still coming.

Before you start

You'll need to register for myIR. If you do not already have a personal myIR account, you can get one here.

Register for a personal myIR account

See your overall payments

You can see your child support – receiving carer account from the myIR homepage. It shows the most recent payment we’ve made to you. 

Child support payments received by the 20th of the month will be paid to you by the 24th of that month. Late payments will be paid to you the following working day.

See future entitlements

Click on 'View my entitlements' to see a list of your monthly entitlements.

See your transaction details

Click on ‘More...’ from the myIR home page, then ‘Transaction summary report’. Then choose the time period you want to see and click ‘Search’.

Log in to myIR

If we have received your payment by the 20th of the month, you’ll be paid on these standard payment dates.

Payments will normally show in your bank account by 3pm. If the paying (liable) parent pays late, you’ll be paid on the next working day.
