As part of registering, the designated constituent entity provides information for all New Zealand constituent entities of a multinational enterprise (MNE) group. This information is part of a standing notification.
View your GloBE notification
Your GloBE account has a summary of the current notification, including details of all activity related New Zealand constituent entities.
To view the summary in myIR go to your GloBE account, select ‘More…’ then ‘View account registration details’.
Changes to GloBE notification
Any changes to your notification must be made within 6 months of the end of the fiscal year.
In myIR, go to your GloBE account
Select 'More...' then 'Manage account'
Select ‘Change GBE Attributes’ to make changes to:
- Fiscal year end
- GloBE Information Return (GIR) filing responsibility
- GIR filer details
Select 'View your Related Entities' to make changes to:
- ultimate parent entity
- New Zealand constituent entity information
View your Related Entities also has options to:
- add new details
- edit existing information
- remove records as part of your notification.
Submit your GloBE notification change
Check your information is correct then select ‘Submit'
