Before you start
When you request a pre-lodgement meeting (PLM) for a private, product or status ruling, or a financial arrangements determination, you can attach supporting documents or information, such as draft transaction documents or a summary of the key issues.
If you’re requesting a pre-application meeting for a Unilateral Advance Pricing Agreement (UAPA), you’ll need to include a Pre-application meeting request for private ruling on transfer pricing arrangement – IR1138. This form is on our Information you need when you apply page.
In myIR, go to 'Manage my profile'
Select the 'I want to' tab
Select 'Request ruling or determination'
Select the ruling type
Complete the Applicant details
Complete the contact details
Add supporting documents
Attach any background information you have for use in the PLM.
If you are applying for a UAPA, you must attach a Pre-application meeting request for private ruling on transfer pricing arrangement – IR1138.
Review and submit your application
Log in to myIR
What happens next
We’ll contact you in the next 7-10 working days, using the details you provided.
You’ll receive an acknowledgment of the submission. You can view the submission details from Manage my profile – I want to – Search submissions.
