You play a key role in the tax system.  We regularly engage an independent research provider to run tax agent voice of the customer surveys. These surveys help us understand your experiences when interacting with us and to identify areas that need improvement.

If you are contacted to participate in this survey, it’s a valuable opportunity to share your feedback. The survey results are reported quarterly, and in the new year we are going to start sharing some of the key findings.
