Do not publish personal information such as IRD numbers, private addresses or phone numbers. Do not make specific enquiries about individual tax matters through our social media pages or website. We may not respond to all questions or comments. Any content or responses on our social media pages should not be considered tax advice. We do not offer private or direct messages. You can message us using myIR secure online services.

Making a complaint

If you have concerns about our social media use and you are not satisfied with the response from the staff members moderating our social media pages, you can make a formal complaint.
