If you have already studied or done work-based learning, you may not be able to get Fees Free for your current qualification or programme. It depends on the type of study or work-based learning you did, when it was done, and how much you completed. 

There are 2 sets of rules, for study or work-based learning done before 1 January 2025, and qualifications and programmes completed after this date.
