Planned system outage | Our online services (including myIR and submitting information using software providers) will be unavailable from 6am Saturday 14 to around 6pm Sunday 15 March while we complete some system upgrades. Planned system outage in March 2026

We need to update our systems in preparation for changes that come into effect on or before 1 April 2026.

We’re planning to close some of our systems from Saturday 14 March 6am. We expect our systems to be available again by Sunday 15 March 6pm.

During this time, our online services – including myIR, SPK2IR and Gateway Services – will be unavailable.

The outage will not affect any saved drafts or web requests in myIR. 

There will be further messaging as a reminder, closer to the date.
