There is a reply function in myIR which lets tax intermediaries reply directly to web messages you get from us.
You can also use this function when you want more information from us about your query.
Please do not use the reply function to acknowledge you got the web message or to say thank you. We appreciate the acknowledgement however these responses create more work for our people, delaying our response to your enquiries.
