Expanding our Decision Support Collections Tool

Recently, we launched a new analytical tool to support our collections activity. This tool helps us make decisions about how we collect debt.

We have already had successful outcomes from the decision support tool.

On 6 August 2025, we expanded the scope of the tool. We can now offer instalment arrangements to clients of tax agents when the debt is less than 6 months old and under $10,000.

This helps us to manage debt more efficiently and take the right action sooner.
