We’re adding an extra protection to help protect you from identity fraud and reduce the risk of refunds being paid to incorrect bank accounts.
In some cases, when a new bank account is added, we may place a short hold on refunds. This gives you time to contact us if you or an authorised representative did not make the bank account change
