Calling hours (New Zealand time)
Our tax intermediaries' self-service and StationeryXpress line is open 7 days per week except:
- 5am to 6am daily
- 12.30am to 4.30am on Sundays
- 10pm to midnight on the last day of each month.
Make sure you have your tax intermediary IRD number handy as you will need this early in the call.
