To integrate with our digital services, you must register your interest and then submit a product request.
Why we have an integration process
The integration process ensures that all organisations connecting to our systems meet our business, compliance, and security standards. The process is designed to protect customer information, maintain system integrity, and support a smooth technical onboarding experience.
If you have questions or need support at any stage, your relationship manager will guide you through the process.

About the gateway customer support portal and the developer portal
Submit a product request
If your registration is approved, you can submit a product request for the gateway services you want to use. Our services catalogue has a full list of available services.
Due diligence process
Submitting a product request starts the formal due diligence process. It also confirms your agreement for us to carry out compliance, integrity and security checks on your organisation, key office holders, partners in partnerships, associate entities, and any third parties.
Through the Gateway customer support portal, you will be asked to complete the:
- Due diligence questionnaire – IR1266
- Operational security framework (OSF) questionnaire
We assess whether your organisation and proposed integration meet our business, compliance, and security requirements.
Business alignment review
We assess how well your proposed integration aligns with our objectives and intended use of digital services.
Tax compliance and integrity review
We review your organisation and key office holders, partners in partnerships, associate entities, and any third parties, compliance history and integrity standards.
Security assessment
We assess your organisation’s security, including your responses to the Operational security framework (OSF) questionnaire.
Note: Tax compliance and integrity review, and security assessment may run at the same time due to the length of the security assessment.
Decision notification
Once all due diligence checks are complete, we will notify you of the final decision regarding your eligibility to integrate with our digital services.
Technical onboarding
If approved, you will move into the technical onboarding phase. You will receive:
- the Terms of Use for gateway services for agreement
- access to the developer portal
- guidance and support for testing and building your software.
What happens next
Once you are onboarded you can develop and test your software in the developer portal.
Once testing is complete, your integration will move into production, and you can begin using gateway services.
