Planned system outage | Our online services (including myIR and submitting information using software providers) will be unavailable from 6am Saturday 14 to around 6pm Sunday 15 March while we complete some system upgrades.

If you're a digital service provider, there are 2 portals you can use.

In the gateway customer support portal, you can:

  • register your organisation
  • request access to gateway services and file upload
  • raise support cases for approved products
  • receive emails about publications, outages and updates to your cases
  • view the status of logged cases and assigned tasks
  • access Knowledge Base articles and developer kits.

The developer portal lets digital service providers integrate their software with our services.

To access the developer portal, you must first register your organisation for gateway services using the gateway customer support portal.

When you are approved to continue, your development team can register using the same organisation name details in the developer portal.

In the developer portal, you can:

  • initiate a gateway services integration and request environment access for testing
  • add other delegated users and manage their access
  • manage access credentials to connect to services
  • request access to the 'test a file' services for myIR file uploads and get support for these services
  • view service activity and status in the production environment
  • manage client certificate credentials for test and production environments.

Register your organisation for gateway services

Access and use of Inland Revenue services are governed by the terms of use for digital service providers.
