If you're a digital service provider, there are 2 portals you can use.
The gateway customer support portal lets you:
- register your organisation
- request access to gateway services and file upload
- raise support cases for approved products
- receive emails about publications, outages and updates to your cases
- view the status of logged cases and assigned tasks.
The developer portal lets digital service providers integrate their software with our services.
To access the developer portal, you must first register your organisation for gateway services using the gateway customer support portal.
When you are approved to continue, your development team can register using the same organisation name details in the developer portal.
The developer portal lets you:
- initiate a gateway services integration and request environment access for testing and use
- add other delegated users and manage their access
- manage access credentials to connect to services
- request access to the 'test a file' services for myIR file uploads and have support for these services
- view service activity and status in the production environment.
