If you did not get a security code sent to your email you can request the security code again or choose another two-step verification method if you have set one up.
If you only have email set up for your two-step verification method and still did not get a code, you’ll need to contact us to update your details.
If we see that the code has left our system, you will need to call your email service provider by going to their help or support page to check if there are any known issues.
