In myIR select the 'I want to...' tab
Go to the 'Communicating with myIR' section
Then select ‘Send a message’.
Select the account
Select the account your message is about and the ‘Message category’ and ‘Message type’.
If it's not about a specific account, you can also choose 'This message is not relevant to a specific account.'
Type your message and send
Type your message and add any attachments if necessary. Select ‘Send’ when you’re ready. You can save the draft and come back to it if you need to.
