myIR has a navigation assistant that takes you to common tasks such as how to update your address or print your income details.
Click on the magnifying glass icon
In myIR click on the magnifying glass on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select a top task from navigation assistant
The navigation assistant window will pop up with some top tasks that will take you straight to the page you need.
You can also type in what you would like to do. Such as ‘I want to file a return’, or even just ‘file return.’ The navigation assistant will display options with direct links to self-service tasks in myIR.
If the assistant does not understand your query 3 times in a row, it will recommend you send us a secure web message with a link to take you to do that.
