You’ll need your myIR logon (username) and the email address registered to this logon to reset your password.

You can reset your password by choosing 'Forgot user ID or password?' on the myIR login page.

Type in:

  • your myIR logon (also known as an ID, username or login)
  • the email address you registered with us.

We’ll send a link to reset your password to this email address.

If you have forgotten your myIR logon you can click on 'forgot username' to find it.
