The steps for when you have forgotten both your username and password are different to when you have only forgotten one of them.
Before you start
You will need your IRD number and email address.
On the myIR login page select 'Forgot user ID or password'
Select username first.
Enter your IRD number and verify your email address.
Enter your IRD number and verify your email address.
Your username will be emailed to you if your IRD number and email match
You can then reset your password.
Go to the myIR login page. Select ‘Forgot user ID or password?’
Enter your myIR logon (also known as an ID, username or login) and email address.
Reset your password from the link we send you.
Go to the myIR login page. Select ‘Forgot user ID or password?’
Enter your myIR logon (also known as an ID, username or login) and email address.
Reset your password from the link we send you.
Reset your password in myIR
In myIR select 'Manage my profile' then the 'Security' tab.
Update your password.
