To find your username you will need your IRD number (or customer identifier) and the email address you registered with us. 

Your username is also known as your myIR logon or myIR ID.

Steps to find your username:

• go to the myIR login page
• select 'Forgot user ID or password?'
• select 'Forgot username?'
• enter your IRD number and verify your email address.

If you have not added an IRD number to your myIR account, you'll need to call us to get your username.
