Find your myIR username

To find your username you will need your IRD number (or customer identifier) and the email address you registered with us. 

Your username is also known as your myIR logon or myIR ID.

Steps to find your username:

• Go to the myIR login page
• Select 'Forgot user IR or password?'
• Select Forgot username
• Enter your IRD number and verify your email address.
