Some services unavailable 16 - 17 November | myIR, gateway services and our self-service phone line will not be available from 3pm Saturday 16 November to 9am Sunday 17 November while we do planned system testing. This will not affect any tax entitlements or payments scheduled during this time.

Based on your feedback we have made changes to setting up instalment arrangements in myIR. You will now have the option to choose whether you want to include future assessed debt when requesting an instalment arrangement.

Please note, you will need to include all overdue debt. This includes where we have assessed provisional tax and it is overdue.

Important

Please use myIR for all future instalment arrangement requests. Follow these steps:

Access client > I want to… > Request an instalment arrangement

Remember, you must have sole signing authority on your client’s bank account if you are wanting to set up a direct debit for them.
