If you choose option 1, you will now hear the phone number you are calling from read back to you, this is the number we'll make the callback to. If you choose option 2, you can change the number you want to be called back on.

We turned on the estimated wait times for the tax agents’ phone line on Tuesday 5 December. This service gives you an estimated wait time for holding on the line and when requesting a call back. The time given will not be an exact time, it will vary depending on factors including demand on the phone line, people available and skill of the people available to take calls and receive callback requests
