Results show ratings of 4 or more out of 7 from our Customer Experience and Perceptions Survey, where 7 is ‘strongly agree’.

  • 86% of customers agreed they knew what they needed to do next, compared to 84% in 2019-20.
  • 90% of customers agreed they felt confident that they were doing the right thing, compared to 90% in 2019-20.
