We're working to fix an issue with where people's payments are going. This issue has been occurring since our systems upgrade over Labour weekend.

Payments that have been intended to pay a certain period have been going towards individual bill items in that period instead. This can make following payments difficult. We plan to return to having period payments showing as a single amount, regardless of where the payment has gone.

We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to fix this as soon as possible.
