Please make sure that your clients' addresses are up to date and are valid in our system.

If a client's address is not valid, they will not receive any mail or letters in myIR.

If a client is linked to a tax agent, the tax agent will not receive mail or letters either, even if the client mail redirect is in place.

To change a client's address in myIR, go to 'Access client', then 'I want to...'. From there, choose 'Manage names and addresses' and select the 'Addresses' tab.

Please note: you need to have the 'Customer master' link to update the address at the customer level. Otherwise, you will need to update the address for each account.
